I’m a Holistic IBS Coach, graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I’ve also completed a Gut Deep Dive course at the School of Functional Medicine, but more importantly — I’ve been in your shoes. After 15 years of battling bloating, food fears, constipation, anxiety, depression and chronic IBS symptoms (despite eating what I thought was a healthy diet), I hit rock bottom. A failed round of antibiotics, nonstop gut issues, and doctors who offered no real solutions finally led me to holistic healing — and everything changed. Now, I help women like you heal their gut, feel like themselves again, and finally find relief that lasts.
